According to Reuters, Vietnamese state newspaper Tuoi Tre quoted the Chinese ambassador to Vietnam as indicating that Beijing was ready to offer Hanoi grants to build railway links between Kunming in China’s southern Yunnan province and Haiphong, the strategically located Vietnamese port city. strengthen.
